Here's another update from the upcoming SXSW festival event coming this March!

There's this video contest for SXSW that could win you $3000!

The folks over at GeniusRocket are looking for entries to promote the 2009 SXSW (South by Southwest) convention. Create a 30 second to 2 minute video promotion that communicates the event as a convergence for digital music, film, and interactive technology. You can pick up all the branding elements from GeniusRocket, but be aware the site states a winning entry will include several different mediums such as live action, animation, stop motion, etc. They would also like you to include graphics with your submissions that could be used across other marketing tools such as T-shirts, flyers, stickers, etc. If your video is chosen, a $3000 prize will be waiting.
